01. Acceptance of Protocol
By accessing the Neural Review platform or submitting a manuscript for audit, you agree to abide by the Sovereign Research Protocol. This protocol governs the adjudication, certification, and archival of scientific knowledge via our autonomous nodes.
02. Integrity Requirements
Neural Review maintains a zero-tolerance policy for research misconduct. Users participating in the "Double-Blind Peer Audit" must declare all conflicts of interest and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the registry contents.
Attempting to manipulate the "Neural Rigor Index" or bipass the "Cryptographic Certification" process will result in immediate node de-authorization and public flagging on the sovereign ledger.
03. Intellectual Property & ARKs
Authors retain full copyright of their original manuscripts. Neural Review is granted a permanent, irrevocable license to host and archival the certified version of the work.
Persistent identification is provided via ARKs (Archival Resource Keys) in partnership with the California Digital Library. These identifiers are designed for long-term accessibility and are non-paywalled by design.
